Wayne Lord

Wayne is head of IT and Business Improvement and is a member of our Senior Leadership Team. With vast experience as a senior leader in IT and change management, Wayne's role is to set the strategy and direction for our technology, transformation and improvement of our operational processes.

Utilising his strategic experience and knowledge, Wayne creates competitive IT strategies and operational plans to support CFG Law's future ambitions and enable us to provide our award-winning Client First Service to all of our clients. Wayne also manages our business support teams, including office administration and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of services across our property portfolio.

Wayne strives to inspire colleagues across all levels, leading and directing them to ensure delivery and adoption of new technologies and efficiencies across the entire business. Wayne encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, commercial awareness and continuous improvement across the team.
