Lucy Herdan

Lucy is a solicitor and joined CFG in 2019. She did her training contract with us and qualified in 2022. Since joining CFG, Lucy has worked solely in our serious and catastrophic injury department. She is proactive and thorough in her approach, making sure there are no unnecessary delays and leaves no stone unturned.

Lucy enjoys helping people to gain access to justice after serious or life-changing injuries, as well as helping them to access help and support to rebuild their lives. Lucy believes communication is key when speaking with clients and always ensures they are fully informed and updated with the progress of their case.

Areas of expertise

• Experience in brain injuries, fatal claims, amputation, multiple orthopaedic injuries and psychological injury.
• Supporting clients and their families through criminal proceedings as part of their civil claim. including attending criminal hearings and liaising with the police/prosecution team.
