Joshua Morton

Joshua is a solicitor at CFG and has a wealth of experience and expertise in supporting people after serious, life-changing injuries. With a proven track record of success, Joshua is committed to providing unwavering support and guidance to individuals and families navigating the challenges after serious injury. 

What sets Joshua apart is his client-centred approach. He understands that serious injury not only affects the individual, but their entire family. He is dedicated to helping people through the legal process, as well as accessing the specialist support, treatment and rehabilitation they need to achieve their best outcome. 

Joshua goes beyond the role of a traditional solicitor. He takes the time to listen to each client’s unique situation, offering personalised advice and support at every step of the process. He regularly liaises with case managers and treating therapist to ensure his clients are receiving the very best care and fights tirelessly negotiating with defendants to secure funding to pay for all the necessary support they need now and into the future. 

Outside of his legal practice, Joshua is also actively involved with the brain injury charity, Headway, and is the secretary of the Headway Warrington branch. Joshua also supports the amputation charity and one of our partners, SteelBones.
