Ella Laskey

Ella is a digital marketing apprentice, providing vital support to the business development and marketing team at CFG. In her role, Ella assists with a wide range of marketing activities, from managing social media posts and monitoring industry trends, to updating our Community Compass app and supporting internal communications. While learning on the job, Ella plays an important part in ensuring the smooth running of the team’s day-to-day operations.

With a keen interest in developing her marketing skills, Ella is focused on learning from her colleagues and gaining hands-on experience in content creation, campaign coordination and competitor research. She supports the team in delivering its strategy by maintaining marketing materials, attending events and contributing to key projects.
