Devon West is a dedicated and compassionate rehabilitation and support coordinator and is based in our Warwick office. She brings over a decade of experience in sports therapy and rehabilitation. With a background in working with individuals who have experienced major trauma, Devon is passionate about helping patients and their families through difficult times, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to recover and rebuild their lives.

Throughout her career, Devon has developed a wide range of skills, from working in multidisciplinary teams to managing complex rehabilitation plans. She has worked closely with NHS staff, law firms, and external organisations to provide holistic support for patients, always focusing on their long-term wellbeing. Devon’s experience spans managing her own caseload of patients, conducting injury assessments, and creating tailored rehabilitation programs.

Devon is also a proud ambassador of The Frenkel Topping Charitable Foundation, where she helps raise awareness and support for individuals and families dealing with life-changing injuries. Her expertise in sports therapy, combined with her leadership in clinic management and trauma support, ensures that her clients receive the best possible care and guidance.
