At CFG, developing and investing in talent and careers is at the core of our values, and Natasha’s journey exemplifies this commitment. Joining at a trainee solicitor in July 2008, Natasha swiftly progressed her legal career, showcasing her dedication and skills.
After qualifying as a solicitor in September 2010, Natasha continued to grow and develop in her role, becoming involved in many of the firm’s business development initiatives. Natasha was subsequently promoted to the role of Associate in 2017, and in 2019 she completed our in-house management development programme with Dale Carnegie. She was then promoted to senior associate in March 2020.
Over many years, Natasha has supported and developed numerous strategic partnerships, supporting our growth and expansion plans. She has been integral to developing a service at a major trauma unit, providing support to patients who are being treated in the unit to improve their long-term outcomes.
Natasha also took part in the Spinal Injuries Association overseas Vine and Rhine cycling challenge in May 2023, cycling over 200 miles through France, Germany and Switzerland and raised over £2,000 for this fantastic charity who support people affected by spinal cord injury to live fulfilled lives.
In March 2023, Natasha was promoted to the position of partner and subsequently, was appointed as Head of our new Warwick office in November 2023. This appointment demonstrated Natasha’s commitment to growing the business and working with like-minded individuals to ensure the very best outcomes for people affected by injury.
Under Natasha’s leadership, the Warwick team has flourished and grown by four colleagues since opening, with further colleagues due to join the team in the next six months. Alongside our legal specialists, the team in Warwick also has a dedicated rehabilitation and support coordinator, Sharon Townshend, who has a background in occupational therapy and is on hand to provide full wraparound support to our clients and their families.
